If you purchase any item on this site the purchase is automatically covered under the Limited Commercial license. The definitions/Terms of use of this license is as detailed below.
Personal Use:
This License gives you permission to use the files for personal use without having to pay any extra money. All the free/paid files are free for personal use. These files are not to be shared or redistributed in any way, nor may they be resold. If you would like to share a file, you can do so by sharing the link to the file from thetruecrafts.com.
Commercial Use:
The License gives you permission for limited use of the file for physical commercial use. You may sell up to a maximum of 100 physical products under this license. All the free/paid files come under this license, meaning, you don't have to pay extra money to sell upto 100 physical products. If you want to sell more than 100 physical products using the file, then please purchase the file again. This license is for NON DIGITAL commercial use – meaning you cannot resell or redistribute digital files as they are. If you would like to share a file, you can do so by sharing the link to the file from thetruecrafts.com.
Usage Terms
What is Allowed
- You may use the purchased files to sell PHYSICAL products like clothing, home decor, tote bags, invitations, wooden signs, ornaments etc. made by you or your company in small units (under 100)
- Files can either be used in part or as a whole design.
- Print and/or cut designs yourself onto physical products to sell.
What is NOT Allowed
- You CANNOT use the items for any commercial Print on Demand (POD) projects like uploading to sites including, but not limited to Amazon, Teespring, etc.
- The files CANNOT be claimed as your own, and are not to be redistributed/resold/sub-licensed in any digital formats.
- Files may not be incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks.
General Terms and Conditions:
Purchasing or downloading a free item does not transfer the copyright to you. We retain all right, license, copyright, title and ownership of the media. You may not share, load, or resell the files and you cannot claim them as your own.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds. Our digital files are offered as-is, without warranty of any kind. In no event shall The True Crafts or its owner be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the products in any way. In no event shall The True Crafts or its owner’s liability be greater than the price you paid for the product or service that is basis of the claim.
